Main principles:

  • Spiritual and a humanistic approach with the students. In the lessons we apply humanistic pedagogical principles: every person is a spiritual being, by nature seeking to grow, to improve, to know and to seek for freedom. We focus the children on the good and the beautiful that is in this world. By communicating through the language of the heart, we focus to reveal the personal qualities of each child, to encourage their search of their own destination, and educate the dignity, courage, compassion, loyalty, goal achievement, respect, creativity insight, responsibility and wisdom.

  • Nature - an integral part of the school. Classes take place indoors and outdoors. Every day we hold a variety of outdoor activities, in the forests, meadows and in the lands of community members. Such activities enhance children's physical body develops friendship, tenderness, sensitiveness towards beauty, goodness and cultivates a sense of continuity with the universe.

  • Evenly assign intellectual, creative and physical activities. We are compiling positive and pleasant experiences. We encourage independent decision-making, so each can develop oneself.

  • Classes up to 15 children. This allows us to plan tasks and activities according to each child's individual growth rates and personal characteristics, and it also strengthens the relationship between the teacher and the student.

  • Practical activities and projects with adults. Conducted works and projects give children the chance to feel full-fledged members of the community, friendships between adults and children help pupils to collect real life experiences, it also helps them to use their theoretical knowledge in practice.
